What this is

The training is Rare Breed's. The food and the mobility are mine.

You'll train three times a week in the gym and finish the six weeks in the ring. That part you already know about. What most people run out of road on isn't the training — it's everything between the sessions. Eating properly on a Tuesday night when you got home at seven. Hips and shoulders that stop cooperating in week four.

That's my half of it. You get your own numbers, your own meals, and a mobility session you can actually do — all sitting in one app next to your session times, so you open your phone and know what you're doing today.

I'm head coach at Rare Breed, so this isn't a stranger bolted onto your gym. I'll be there.

What you get

Six weeks of actual coaching, not a handout.
Your own numbers
Before we start you fill in a short questionnaire — weight, goals, how you eat, what you won't eat, allergies, how your week runs. I work out your calories and your protein from that. Not a number off a chart, and not the same number as the bloke next to you.
A full week of meals
Real food, exact amounts, and a shopping list to match. Portions are scaled to your numbers, so everyone eats the same meals at the size that's right for them. If you can't eat something, tell me on the questionnaire and it won't be in your plan.
A mobility session
Built for what combat training actually does to you — hips, shoulders, ankles, mid-back. Demonstrated in the app so you're not guessing at it, and short enough that you'll actually do it. Gym or living room, either works.
Everything in one diary
Your Rare Breed sessions, your mobility work and your meals all land in the same place. No screenshots, no group chat scrollback, no wondering whether tonight is a session night.
Two workshops
In person, straight after the Saturday session. One on food, one on mobility. Come with questions — that's the point of them.
A points challenge
You score for logging a session, hitting your daily numbers and ticking your habit. It runs the whole six weeks and it's there so you can see the work stacking up on the days motivation doesn't show.

How the six weeks runs

There's a shape to it.
Before we start
Questionnaire and setupIt goes out about a week before. Fill it in and your plan is waiting for you on day one, rather than you spending the first week sorting admin.
Weeks 1–2
Get it runningNew food, new routine, learning the app. The aim here is consistency, not perfection — 6 out of 7 days on a decent plan beats 2 out of 7 on a perfect one.
Week 3
Nutrition workshop — Sat 17 OctWhy you're eating what you're eating, how to handle a week that goes sideways, and a straight conversation about why you don't cut weight for a sparring day.
Week 5
Mobility workshop — Sat 31 OctBy now the training load has been on you a month and things are getting tight. This is the session that keeps you in one piece for the last stretch.
Week 6
Fuel up, don't cutThe last week is about turning up sharp — eating properly, drinking properly, sleeping. Nobody arrives on the 14th light, flat and dehydrated. That's how people get hurt and it throws away six weeks of work.
Sat 14 Nov
Sparring dayThe end of it. Everything up to here has been pointed at this.

The app

Everything lives in one place, on your phone.

It's my own app — Milestone Fitness Online — not a spreadsheet and not a PDF you lose in your downloads folder. Your food, your sessions and your progress all sit in it, and I'm in there with you.

Your daily calorie and macro targets with the day's meals
Your foodToday's meals, your calories and your protein, counting down as you go.
A session laid out exercise by exercise
Your sessionsLaid out move by move, with your mobility work alongside.
The weekly check-in form
Your check-inTwo minutes once a week. It's what next week gets built from.
Getting in takes about five minutes

The button at the bottom. Your code is already applied, so the checkout reads $0.00 — you're just creating the account.
Fill in the questionnaire
It comes up as you sign up and takes a few minutes. This is the one that matters — your numbers and your meals get built from what you put in it, so be honest about the food you won't eat and anything that affects your training.
Download the app
Search Milestone Fitness Online in the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the email and password you just used. Everything I've built for you is waiting inside.
Turn up on Monday 5 October
Your first week of food and your session times are already in there.
What you actually do each day
Open it in the morning — see what you're eating and whether it's a session night.
Tick your session off when you've trained. Takes a second and it's what scores your points.
Log your food as you go. It's how I see what's actually happening rather than what we planned.
Tick your daily habit. One thing, every day. That's the one that quietly builds the streak.
Weigh in once a week — not every morning — and answer the check-in so I can adjust things.
Message me any time. I'm in the app, not behind a contact form.

What it costs you

Nothing.
Rare Breed have covered the coaching for everyone on the challenge.

You will not be charged at any point. Not in week one, not at the end.

The app asks for a card when you sign up — that's just how the checkout holds your place, and the page will show you $0.00 before you confirm. Nothing comes off it.

Your access runs for eight weeks and then stops by itself. There's no subscription ticking over in the background and nothing you need to remember to cancel.

If you get to the end and want to carry on with me, come and find me and we'll sort out what suits you. No pressure either way.

Before you ask

The usual questions.
Do I need to have done anything like this before?
No. Most people haven't. The plan is built from what you tell me about your life, not from what you can already do.
What if I've got allergies, or there's food I just won't eat?
The questionnaire asks both, and they're the two questions I pay most attention to. A plan you won't eat is worth nothing, so tell me honestly and it gets built around you.
Do I have to cook separately from everyone else at home?
No. It's normal food in normal amounts. The only thing that changes is that yours is weighed.
What if I miss a session, or a whole week?
Then you miss it. Life happens and it doesn't end the six weeks. Pick it back up the next day rather than writing the week off.
Do I need to weigh myself every morning?
No, and I'd rather you didn't. Once a week is plenty. Daily weighing takes a lot of people somewhere unhelpful and it tells you very little.
What happens at the end?
Your access finishes on its own and you're not charged. If you want to keep going, that's a conversation, not an automatic payment.
